Do I need an appointment for a haircut at Sport Clips Stittsville?
Walk-ins are always welcome. For added convenience, check in online or via our app anytime, anywhere! Sign up for text reminders to save time and minimize waits. We’re not appointment-based—we get life’s unscheduled moments!
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sundays.
Can I choose the stylist for my service
Yes! When you Check In Online using the Sport Clips Check-In App, you’ll see a list of stylists working that day and can select your preferred stylist if they are available. If you decide to walk in, you can also request a specific stylist, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your choice based on availability.
Do you offer any services for children
Absolutely- Children are always welcome and we have special pricing for 10 and under.
What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?
Since Sport Clips operates on a first-come, first-served basis, your spot is held for a short time after your estimated wait. If you arrive late, you may be moved down the wait-list to accommodate other clients who are present. We recommend checking your wait time on the Sport Clips Check-In App and arriving on time to keep your spot in line
Are there any loyalty programs or discounts available?
Yes, we offer a loyalty program where points can be accumulated with every service to be redeemed for discounts on future visits. We also run various promotions throughout the year.
